Don't expect 'service with a smile', in fact expect a grumpy bloke to serve you, but if you can tolerate that, you'll get the best prices in town (as long as you pick up your steel). The 'grumpy blokes' KNOW THEIR STUFF and helped me out heaps, but they forgot to smile when I went to their counter. Maybe they were just having a bad day. The warehouse guys were ok, but they also seemed a bit overworked, or stressed, because they served me efficiently and quickly, but again.... forgot I was human. I recommend you check these guys out for your next steel purchase because their prices are pretty good!
